He brings her favorite sugary sweet during and draws her a picture of the day on the cup. Sweet love story, interesting facts and insight into the animation world. Rutb this is mentioned in the blurb, I don’t consider this a major spoiler, rutj there’s an uprising of sorts against Arnauld, who’s basically your big bad boss guy. Animate Me in a way is a true story in the sense that the world presented to readers are actual environments.
One thing I would like to point out, the story does not read like FF. The prose flows along very nicely and the characterizations are well rounded.
Brooke and Nathan bring each other to life over the course of the book. An opportunity comes up that finds Nathan helping Brooke out with her computer which leads to them spending time together. Not going to give anything away other than to say Nathan has the best family and friends.
While at first I didn’t warm up to Nathan, with his quiet disposition and lack of alpha male skills, I came to admire him and love him anyways.

May 01, Anijate Kalenaa rated it it was amazing. Not only was I completely entertained with the story, I learned a lot of things! When you meet Nathan, you can’t help but fall in love with him from the offset.
When the characters are engaging and the story just envelops you. Before you know it you will be surrounded in cartoon hearts.
I loved the woo-ing. I rarely stay up to finish books, but I fell in love with this story and had to know how it ended. It was enduring and fun and funny and just plain adorable. Threatened by his persistence, Arnauld plays dirty — only to spark an uprising at the studio that unleashes the sort of havoc only a building full of frustrated animators can create.
This is one problem he can’t solve by writing a check or a few clever lines of code. Rutth did not clampeth my opinion of the book.

I learned so much about the animation world through reading Animate Me. Aniimate know how I felt about Brooke. Trust me, I know. This is also the author’s reality, so the statement, “write what you know”, completely rings true.
This is a standalone with an HEA. Katherine Brooks is brilliant, beautiful and ambitious. Again, true, it may be cheesy. B girl is actually based on Brooke Tobin, a woman who is not quite comfortable in her own skin, an executive at Sketch Republic whom Nathan wors I had the honor and privilege to read an advanced readers copy of Animate Me the first novel by contemporary romance author Ruth Clampett.
