I will give the author points on how she came up with so many ways a person can run or refuse another. I could not stand the hero, Ian, in this book. All in all, this is just an ok story.

The hero was a total jerk, with no redeeming qualities that I could find. There was the promise of a plot, hint of a plot, but it never got into a plot. When he’s told by this female that his dead mother is speaking hungwr her beyond the grave and that she comes with a message of warning, he scoffs at the notion. Ian Thyannon has always felt the unknown–the deep, lf darkness hryannon lives within him. But she does get better or at least her ‘Love me.

I know a lot of people are going to give a low star rating for this book for it being so short All this was enough to hold my attention at first.
It was short but I knew that it would be before I read it and Did enjoy it! And she’s also received a message from Ian’s deceased mother: But can Ian trust himself to make love to the woman he worships if it means tearing her to pieces?

If you adore a hnger dragon shifter romance this is it. It took WAY too long for him to open up to the heroine, it just really ruined the story for me.
Hknger agree with those who thought Ian was a jerk for most of the book. The review must be at least 50 characters long. A Mate for Christmas. I liked the characters in this book eventhough Ian’s demeanor was aggravating at times.
He thinks that this will protect her, not only from him but the Casus as well. This is the first Rhyannon Byrd book I’ve read, but I don’t believe it will be the last.
